How do I join Kita Skin Rewards?
Joining Kita Skin Rewards is easy and free. If you already have a Kita Skin account, you’re automatically enrolled in the program. If you don’t have an account yet, simply click “Create Account” to join and start earning rewards right away.
How do I earn points as a Kita Skin member?
After logging into your account, simply complete activities listed in the “Ways to Earn” section to start collecting points.
How do I check my points balance?
To check your Kita Skin Rewards points balance, simply log in to your account and view your balance in the Rewards page or Account page.
How can I redeem my points?
Exchanging your points for rewards is simple. Just go to the Rewards page, choose from the available reward options, and click the “Redeem” button. Your reward will be generated instantly for you to use at checkout.
When will my points be credited after I place an order?
Your points will be credited once your order is paid. You can view your updated balance anytime on the Rewards page in your account.
Will my points expire?
Your points will expire after one year of inactivity. Inactivity includes not interacting with our store i.e., redeeming points, placing an order, etc.
The expiration date applies to a total amount of points and gets updated every time you complete a new activity on our store.
For example, if I earn 10 points, which are about to expire in Y days, but one week later I leave a video review (i.e. complete an activity) and earn 500 more points, I will then have 510 points in total, which will be expired in another Y days, as the expiration date got updated:
- Customer A earned 1000 points on January 1, 2025.
- Customer A’s 1000 points will expire on January 1, 2026
- If Customer A earns 100 points on December 31, 2025, his whole balance (1000 + 100 = 1100 points) will expire on December 31, 2026
Why didn't I receive any points after referring my friend?

Points will be added to your account after your friend completes their first purchase on our website. Please note it may take up to 24 hours for the points to be credited to your account.
When this happens, you will receive an email letting you know that your referral made a purchase using your code and that a reward has been added to your account. You can also check your “Rewards History” to see a list of any points you have received for referrals.
How can I get an Anniversary reward?
Add your birthday under “Ways to Earn” on the rewards page. On your birthday, we will send your anniversary reward to your account!
What happens to my points if I return a purchase?
If you return a purchase, the points you earned for that purchase will be deducted from your account. If it’s a partial return, only the points from the returned items will be deducted.
